The Complementa Group expands its spectrum of products and services: Allocare AG, a subsidiary of the Complementa Investment-Controlling AG, decided on buying the industry solutions „pebe“ and „ancoma“ from redIT AG. The acquisition enters into effect on December 31st, 2009. Both industry solutions will merge and result in a new company, called pebe AG, which is fully owned (100%) by Allocare AG.
