The Allocare AG, a subsidiary of Complementa Investment-Controlling AG, decided on buying the industry solutions „pebe“ and „ancoma“ from the redIT AG. The acquisition enters into effect on December 31st, 2009. Both industry solutions will merge and result in a new company, called pebe AG, which is fully owned (100%) by Allocare AG.
The new company will take over all software rights, 30 employees and also the software maintenance contracts of the existing pebe- and ancoma-clients of redIT. Pebe AG will be led by Maurizio Lipari and Martin Fricker, who were also responsible for these business units in the past.
With the expansion in our competencies we are pleased to be able to offer now a wider range of products and services and therewith an integrated portfolio management system to all clients of the Complementa Group. Please have a look at the press release for further information.
